Representation Summary:
The current development proposals for Queensway South are ecologically damaging and will compromise the natural functioning of the ghylls of the SSSI. These sites are in a very ecologically sensitive location and their impacts should be assessed in a cummulative manner, particularly with regard to the SSSI.
The level of car parking being proposed is too high and will encourage more traffic.
