Representation Summary:
In order to reduce the annual turn-over of transient population in Central St Leonards an increase in the amount of larger family sized housing units will be key. There is also a need to reduce the amount of poor quality private sector rented accommodation - especially in smaller 1 and 2 bed units- and increase the opportunity for owner-occupation in this area.
