Para 6.27 - Hastings town centre - once again emphasis seems to be too much on office and retail and not enough on residential and leisure. Those of us already living in the town centre need its liveability factor improved and no planning seems to have really taken this into account. How many dwellings above the shops in Robertson Street are blighted by the drinking culture?
