Para 9.1 The core strategy should provide more detail in respect of this. It should
1. acknowledge thet Hastings Borough is already well-served by existing large food stores, Tesco, Sainsbury's and Morrison's.
2. state the amount of expenditure that is expected to be available to support new convenience goods floorspace across the plan period, and
3. note that small convenience goods outlets that will serve day to day needs and local shopping catchment will be encouraged in appropriate locations, for example within the boroughs district and local centres and the new housing allocation at Breadsell.
