Object to inclusion of N05 as housing site. Lies within AONB and outside built up area boundary. Need to consider immediate impact of development as well as further impact through visual intrusion and land activity which can be viewed from well outside the boundary of the site. The unchanging character of this land is fundamental to the natural beauty element of the AONB. There should be a presumption against development.
