Landscape - This site is not particularly sensitive as it is within the built up area. The topograohy of the site may be a constraint which would need to be mitigated thorugh sensitive design to make best use of the natural landform.

As noted in the ecology comments, the site is senistive for wildlife as an SSSI. This combined with the topograohy and proximity to the Country Park would make it an ideal site to be developed as a Local Open Space and part of a GI network.
