This area was recorded as having some capacity in the landscape capacity assessment as part of a wider area under consideration. As the site is within the AONB any proposed development would need to demonstrate Conservation and Enhancement of the landscape in accordance with NPPF policy for designated landscapes. This should include consideration of Green Infrastructure opportunities in the accessible urban fringe in the vicinity of this site where positive land use and management is not apparent.
