Representation Summary:
Disgusted that the proposal for 36 dwellings is being considered by the Council. The area is already overdeveloped, instead of considering land that has always been considered within the AONB, it would be more productive to look at already developed, derelict properties within Hastings, of which there are 4 on The Ridge.
There will be issues from development and additional traffic, services (already an issue with water pressure). Parking and road safety are already a problem.
