Opposition to proposed development of 36 dwellings as Winchelsea Lane is narrow and unsuitable for any extra traffic. It is frequently blocked by Hillcrest School visitors. Impact on quality of life due to noise during and after building and from the increased traffic. Also concern about impact on the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and wildlife. Proposal will worsen quality of life for residents with significantly increased traffic noise levels before and after construction and for no good reason destroy and area of outstanding natural beauty.
