Opposition to proposed development of 36 dwellings as Winchelsea Lane is unsuitable for the extra traffic, impact on quality of life due to noise during and after building and from the increased traffic. Also concern about impact on the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and wildlife. Proposal will be detrimental to residents, the environment and wildlife.
