Seriously worried about the impact on the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the effect on Winchelsea Lane itself and the residents. Development of 36 houses would create more traffic in a narrow road, concern over impact an increased volume of traffic would have on the quality of living of occupants of the road.
