Of the 6 sites suggested only one is clearly brownfield. Concern area 5 is an area of outstanding natural beauty and has extensive far reaching views not only for the immediate residents but to visitors/walkers. It is surrounded by hedgerows that are essential to wildlife. If permission to include this land was given, concern more development would follow. Recent cattery application turned down, due to increased traffic. The owner has requested inlusion of this site before, there is no change in circumstance to justify inclusion now.
