Saddened by proposed development of this land. This area is a stated 'Natural Beauty Area', building on and destroying the land would be unjustified. Worried about limited access to the area from the road, more traffic opposite the Acadamy development, more obstructions of pupils, staff, visitors and residents in the affected area. 36 dwellings could potentially mean up to 100 more cars, an accident waiting to happen. Also concern over effect on wildlife & loss of beautiful area.
