1. This is a green field site besides being inside the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
2. Increase in traffic volume in Winchelsea Lane & Churchill Ave and additional congestion on Rye Road where Hillcrest Acadamy is being enlarged.
3. Loss of views and devaluation of properties.
4. Destruction of natural hedgerow which is essential to the continuing wellbeing of the wildlife that need and use them.
