The lane is narrow with pavement on one site which half way down switches to the other side, it is crowded with cars parked both sides which causes pedestrians to walk in the road. If the proposed development should go ahead the added traffic onto Winchelsea Lane would add to existing problems.

Also concerned development would be an infringement into the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
