Strongly object to inclusion of site and for the assessment of 36 dwellings. The site is part of the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is quiet and peaceful and allows views across the High Weald. This would be destroyed completely by the proposed development. Access from Winchelsea Lane is not appropriate, development would cause congestion and pollution with the increase of road traffic. The site supports wildlife and is part of a rural area and not suited for development.
