Representation Summary:
Site allocation of grave concern - do not wish to see the site allocated as it is within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and a safe haven for wildlife. Due to natural landfall the garden floods in heavy rain and if the field was built on the natural drainage would be lost and property may be damaged. Also concerned about effect of extra homes on schools, utilities & medical services.
