It is believed that similar considerations apply to this site, as already made to Site B16, particularly given that the site is remote from local services and therefore any potential development here should be considered as part of a comprehensive scheme for this area.
The site itself contributes to the rural/semi-rural fringe character of the gap between St Leonards and Battle. It is asked that consideration is made to the provision of a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) on those trees within the site which contribute to the rural/semi-rural character of this area.
