Option A conflicts with a local greenspace plan. It also conflicts with the Hastings Greenway project that has identified Church Street and Graystone Lane as a key new Ore Valley Greenway (traffic free)route connecting to Hastings Academy.
Option A also conflicts with a Greenspace plan to restore derelict allotments, derelict right of way, and a Greenway plan for hedegrow restoration and a major new (civic scale) Village Green project
