We believe the building of houses on this site would be detrimental to the area, and a capacity of 36 houses is far from practicable. The traffic would be greatly increased in a small road, and the one access to the site, which is only a track, would be a serious limitation.
This is a piece of land which affords a beautiful view over the countryside which makes this area so lovely. The AONB should be preserved, and not used for housing while there are still brownfield sites available.
