Get the national Cycle network Route 2 off the A259 road and onto the promenade to continue to Hastings Old Town. This needs to be done now. the road section of this route is dangerous and off-putting, and must give the NCN a bad reputation. The Robertson St to High St section should be put on the promenade now, regardless of if/where Stade developments take place. Plan to integrate with Stade developmetns
