Core Strategy Preferred Approaches

A number of site specific locations are referred to (for example Pelham Place, Ore Valley Millennium Community & the Enviro Enterprise Corridor). However, other than the site at Breadsell Lane it is not clear whether any of these are to be identified as strategic sites or if they will be identified thorugh other means? It appears that your strategy is one of economic & social regeneration & you will therefore need to ensure that the Core Strategy has measures in place, including the delivery of key sites, to drive this approach. Preferred Approach 3 for instance refers to 'suitable strategic sites' but again it is not clear what these are or if they are to be allocated through the Core Strategy.
