Representation Summary:
Bulverhythe will not be brought forward until the post 2012 period. Similar to the Enviro-Enterprise corridor approach, it is situated on the west part of the town. It is within a flood risk area. Further investigation needs to be carried out by the council to ascertain whether this site is suited to mixed-use development. Regard should be paid to other sites within the eastern part of the district that are available now for commercial development and without environmental constraints. We consider our client's site at Rocks Lane to be deliverable, viable alternative option for employment use.
