If this land supply is not deliverable within the plan lifespan then alternative sites should be considered at this stage. Much reliance is made on the proposed Bexhill/Hastings link road to serve this corridor. The Council should look at alternative sites for employment use in the possibility that this proposal is not deliverable within the plan period. We consider our client's site at Rocks Lane to be a deliverable, viable alternative option for employment use.
