We do not support this PA. It is predicted on a environmentally damaging road scheme - BHLR -. In the light of its very poor performance in the SA, it should be rejected. A better option for exemplary buildings with a low environmental impact would be the re-assemblage of land on the Ponswood estate for business development with an ambitious 'travel plan'. The 'Enviro Enterprise Corridor' in this location of a contradiction in terms and a misleading use of language.
