THe delivery of development in North East Bexhill as stated is tied closely to the delivery of the Bexhill-Hastings Link Road and the impacts as shown by the model that is currently in development. A limited amount of development in advance of the link road opening maybe acceptable to the HA subject to the findings of a full Transport Assessment to the HA's requirements.
