Representation Summary:
1) A block of 7 storeys would spoil the Conservation Area of Central St-Leonards and the Southwater Valley. I feel it would dominate and isn't in keeping with the surrounding buildings.
2) It is far too high and would block views across to the sea.
3) It would be completely out of character with the architectural style of the area.
4) A plaque in the station clearly states that it is in a 'Conservation Area' so great care needs to be taken to continue this.
5) Perhaps the area would be better served as a play area/basketball area?
