This beautiful ancient woodland should never have been included as a site for any development. It is an extremely important area of land renoun for many species of flora and fauna that are already threatened. The council should remove this site from the development plan at once. Any development on this site contravenes all the Policies applied to ancient woodland and green spaces and biodiversity. This woodland site is a much valued amenity space for residents and their families.
