This development will definitely spoil the character and appearance of the Kings Road conservation area.
It will dominate and detract from the beautifully proportioned Station and the fine Victorian Terraces surrounding it.
It will interrupt the open views across Southwater Valley.I would like the plan to state that the building will not be more than 3 stories high or higher than the surrounding buildings / the station.
It will significantly increase population and traffic in Central St Leonards. This is on top of the approval granted for 27 new flats on corner of Chapel Park and Ellenslea Road behind the Station.
