Site is grassland habitat, rich with many different species. Should be preserved as such. Road to be built to access the housing will destroy an area of ancient woodland, although the Council have designated it outside of Nature Reserve. Woodland between Church Wood and Robsack Wood is wildlife corridor providing a vital canopy. This development would mean that Robsack Wood becomes an isolated copse.
