This site is not appropriate for residential development. It has been illustrated that only flats could be built on the small site and flats in the middle of woodland is not a preferred choice for families. The woodland would also suffer degradation from the usual detritus associated with developments of this nature.SEVERAL NEW SITES HAVE BECOME AVAILABLE FOR DEVELOPMENT AND THIS COUNCIL NOW HAS NO PRESSING URGENCY FOR THIS SITE, why is there an ongoing mission to develop this site no matter what ecological disaster may result? The council should welcome the opportunity to release this site from developmenyt proposals.

Site is grassland habitat, rich with many different species. Should be preserved as such. Road to be built to access the housing will destroy an area of ancient woodland, although the Council have designated it outside of Nature Reserve. Woodland between Church Wood and Robsack Wood is wildlife corridor providing a vital canopy. This development would mean that Robsack Wood becomes an isolated copse.
