Legally compliant? No

Sound? No

Duty to co-operate? No

Representation Summary:

Despite the Policies within the Local Plan which promise protection to ancient woodland, wildlife and nature reserves, Robsack 'A' remains as a development site. The proposal to build on this site contravenes all these Policies and will result in the total devastation of these woodlands and the grassland habitat which is so vital to the wildlife and flora. It is inconceivable that this council would wish to destroy this special habitat which means so much to the local population who have enjoyed the amenity of this area for many decades. The proposals to relocate the wildlife from this site is astounding.
