Representation Summary:
The parts of the document which identify affordable housing requirements are welcome. We support the exploration of different site size thresholds and percentages for affordable housing as set out in Policies H4 and SCT8 of the draft SE Plan. In accordance with Policy H4 of the draft SE Plan we would additional welcome reference to rural affordable housing exception sites within or well related to settlements and reference to the presumption towards favouring on-site affordable housing provision.
