There is insufficient underground sewerage capacity to serve this development. This is not a constraint to development provided the connection is made to the nearest point with adequate capacity. This must be mentioned in site specific policy.

Development design should also avoid building over existing water supply and wastewater infrastructure, and allow for 6-13m easements/diversions where necessary. Suggested additional text provided.
