Ecology comments - The additional area abuts an SNCI (St Helens Wood) and the trees and hedgerows around the boundary of the site provide good connectivity. The SNCI is a large ancient woodland site, part of which is also designated as a LNR. The adjacent SNCI should be protected and the boundary trees and hedgerows should be retained and protected.
