Landscape comments - This area would have some capacity for development as it is not very sensitive visually or for its landscape character. The surrounding trees are important in the local landscape and for screening the site. These would need to be retained, protected and properly managed as part of any development proposal.

A constraint to development would be finding as access point that does not require substantial removal of trees. This would require a detailed survey of trees and their condition to find the least damaging way into the site.
