Develop the endless reams of brown areas around the town first, like the derelict properties on the Ridge, Ore Station area, Hastings College, etc,and then actually act on the Councils empty homes policy, I am aware of at least two properties in Victoria Avenue that have been empty for well over five years, 17 years in one instance.
I oppose the development of the Speckled Wood Area.
