One wonders what the point is? Sites with a comment of previously consulted on will not be changed. Sites currently undergoing applications also will not be changed. You have engineered it so that 90% of sites are in these categories. Anything contentious like the convent or robsack or archery already slotted into one of these categories. If everyone in Hastings wrote about a site and a miracle occurred and you decided not to build on it. There is the threat that you will build near the countryside in one of the sites now designated unsuitable. It is all carefully engineered to appear fair when it is not.
