Representation Summary:
Land at Breadsell Lane should be included as a proposed housing allocation for in the order of 450 new homes. The area is shown on the submitted (revised] Masterplan, which will be familiar to officers, and is accompanied by surface water and wastewater drainage strategies. These reports have been produced in response to the objections raised by Natural England.
