* Develop site of old West St. Leonards school and fields to its rear as a wetlands park to include a nature reserve, community centre, and housing.
* Erect a 'village sip' on tile grassy comer of Bexhitl Road and West Hdl Road.
* Create 'Illumarina' to include light features at St. Leonards Archway memorial stone, 'the Wave', Conqueror's Stone and projections at St. Leonards parish church, Promenade Park and Escarposcope.
* Extend the coloured spotlights scheme further west.
* Replace the bollards with more attractive ones.
* Remove the concrete planters. Plant un-encased, free-standing trees and shrubbery.
* Create a train route from Rockanore to Grosvenor Crescent. If that is not possible create a shuttle bus route.
* Implement STAG proposals for the Archery Ground.
* Convert Gambier House into flats.
* Investigate possibility of erecting homes on the vacant site at the bottom of West Hill Road behind Watling Tyres.
* Develop site of St. Saviours as flats.
* Develop site of Grove School for eco-housing and allotments.
* Restore the cottage on West Hill Road to residential purposes.
* Convert St. Leonards Manssix and West Hill House to co-operative housing
* Redevelop the green at Undercliff as a 'sensations' garden for use by the public.
* Revamp Burton's pyramid yard.
* Encourage greater use of the green next to the former Sussex Steps.
* Aim to eventually construct platforms on the Eastbourne line at West St. Leonards Station.
