A team called Go West! Have presented a wholeistic plan: A strategy for development of St. Leonards seafront and its neigh bouring areas.

Summary of proposals
* Remove public conveniences, foreshore offices, bus stop, &c. Bulld Warrior Square Pavilion.
* Erect a St. Leonards marker with coat of arms at the St. Leonards Archway memorial stone.
* Install Burton's St. Leonards information at important places.
* Erect Norman tableau at the Conqueror's Stone. Erect statue of James Burton.
* Develop the esplanade &om opposite St. Leonard's parish church to West St. Leonards Gardens as 'Promenade Park'.
* Use the cliff face under West House as Escarposcope,
* Allocate West House, or part of it, for public/commercial use including its gardens and terrace.
* Build a marina on the sites of the old bathing pool, the children's play park and green, Stamco, and the TA hall.
