Representation Summary:
CENTRAL St Leonards-on- Sea the densest populated area in the south of England. This area of the Borough being so overcrowded already, it is difficult to understand how Objectives 2. And 3 can be achieved if any large or even small housing projects are allowed in this already overcrowded Area the serious problems will only escalate. Any new proposed housing developments will severely overload the old Victorian sewage system. Also totally disrupt and destroy a very fragile Physical Environment.
