OBJECTIVE 2 "ENSURE/make certain that everyone has the opportunity to live in a decent home. which they can afford, in a community in which they want to live." Surely better wording for community would have been District/or Locality. A DECENT HOME? Are you referring to the little ticltack apartments or even some of the recent developments where the kitchen areas are smaller than in most small Caravans with bedrooms that are so small that little girls are not able to swing their dolls round without hit the wall either side of their bed. Gardens to play in and grow a few vegetables and flowers, go naturally together to help make a decent Home built with rooms of a decent size.

I understand that gardens should be at least 10 metres long and at least the same width as the decent homes listed n your statement.

*Where in your Document have you declared that the people who live in your decent homes and of course all the residents living in the Borough of Hastings; are going to able to enjoy a stroll in a Green Space of 2 hectares or more no further than 300meters from their front doors? *
