We also discussed potential unit numbers and density etc in the light of your stated possible net capacity of 30 units. By comparison the document attached was (I believe) prepared by the Regeneration team and refers to as much as 47 units over 7 storeys. If this higher density/massing could be included in your submission stage document it would help in giving us or potential developers/purchasers greater flexibility when working up more detailed schemes for pre-app advice.
