Representation Summary:

While we support its current proposed allocation for a residential led mixed use development, it would be useful for viability reasons to extend the proposed use-mix to include student housing or residential or retail, and that depending on the state of market and viability (given low residential values in the area and large amount of second hand housing stock that depresses the value of new units) single use schemes of any of these uses (ie either just retail or just residential or just student housing) could also be suitable for this location in principle.
