From discussions with your colleagues in Development Management (Ray Crawford) and Regeneration (Pranesh Datta) I would be grateful however if it could be noted that in our meetings to date they have supported retail use for the ground floor as one of the potential commercial uses referred to in your documents to date, i.e. to clarify that the "commercial" use on page 124 of your document includes food and convenience goods retail and similar uses such as coffee shop/sandwich bar etc that would contribute to an active frontage onto the station forecourt and St Johns Road.
