Representation Summary:
Both these sites have previously been allocated as potential development sites in the Central St Leonards Masterplan and in very sustainable locations adjacent to St Leonards Warrior Square and walking distance of high frequency bus services on London Road. Any application would also need to contribute to the wider regeneration proposals for the Central St Leonards area including the Local Space project for the area.
