We have previously advised Hastings Borough Council of the need to retain a strip of land at the southern end of the site near the junction of A259 Bexhill Road/Filsham Road to accommodate changes to the existing junction arrangement and provide bus priority measures on the eastbound approach as part of the Bexhill Hastings Link Road complementary measures.
