If this site does come forward a comprehensive development approach should be taken with the adjacent sites (C08 - see comments above - and A31 which was allocated in the 2004 Local Plan). The comments relating to sustainable transport access, the impact on The Ridge and the necessity to contribution towards improvements on The Ridge made in C08 above equally apply to this site.
