The site contains the Hollington Stream (Main river) and associated watercourses and part of the site is within Flood Zones. Therefore flood risk, SUDS and watercourse corridor retention are considerations. Maintaining buffer zones adjoining the Hollington Stream will reduce the risk of flooding and provide for habitat enhancement.
Protect South Saxons Wetlands. De-culvert section of Hollington Stream, wetland and ecological corridor creation opportunities.
